She was named a 2019 finalist of Google Play's Change the Game Design Challenge, and worked with Google Play, GMG, and other industry professionals to develop her mobile game, YuMe! Her game has over 78,000 downloads and is recognized by BuzzFeed and Forbes. In high school, she was the president of an extended reality club called XR EDU. I'm Faye Zhang, a disciple in the developing of video games and a student from Seattle, Washington studying Digital Media Design. My first experience creating video games was at a Girls Make Games summer camp in 2018; now, I enjoy tinkering with 2D, 3D, and VR games.
I am currently a Software Development Engineer at AWS, and graduated from UW in 2021. I worked with Girls Make Games in 2018, and sought to use my experience as the President of the Game Dev Club at UW to inspire a new generation of game developers. I hope to provide some insight into and demistify the process of entering college and finding what you love to do!
My name is Erin Alvarico, and I am a senior undergraduate attending Marist College as a dual major in Computer Science and Games and Emerging Media! My career in video game design started in 2018, when I was one of five finalists for Google Play's and GMG's Change the Game Initiative with my game Symphony. Summer of 2019, I joined GMG to teach their Summer Camp Program in San Francisco at Zynga Headquarters. Since then, I've been an online instructor for 2020 and 2021 CTG winners. Overall, I've had experience in both the technical and creative fields of game design!

Hello! I'm Callie, a 2018 SCAD graduate currently working as a real time visual effects artist at UndertoneFX. When I'm not working on games, I like to make graphic tees and play lots of JRPGs. Some of my favorite series are Pokémon, Final Fantasy, and Kingdom Hearts! I've been helping with GMG since 2019, and it's always such an amazing experience. Video games have always been a huge part of my life, and being able to share that passion with girls who are like me is one of my favorite things!
